The very last second or two, the music rises again after reaching a sort of finish. I think the piece should have ended at either 3:02 or 3:04, ie after the soft chimes (?) or after the repetition between 3:02 and 3:04. The last couple of seconds raise the song again, so it feels like it wasn't really the end of the song, but merely the end of an interlude, and there's going to be something else.
