Just 2 things. You say ‘Izhalaadha’ for ‘Iyalaadha’. Was it intentional?
Secondly, check for usage rights of these songs as background. I’m not sure, but considering they’re copyrighted, it might not be entirely legal to use them even as backgrounds.
Thanks. ‘Izhalaadhu’ is a mistake. It is actually ‘Iyalaadha’. Actually I lost touch in reading or speaking in Sentamizh. Athanaal thaan intha pizhai. Mannikkavum.
About the usage of songs, even I am not sure whether it is legal. I thought it is okay since i just use it midly in the background. But, anyway will check it out and if it is illegal, i have to think of a workaround.
hey
yes awesome music. mellifluous songs. in this paced songs, remix fashion is kind of very slower paced one. i am munching it for the past 3 days. grt8 one.
just a doubt ( i may be wrong ) ..
Is the katrin Mozhiye sounds like Panni katri -song from RUN
or
i am getting that feel as both are sung by Balaram
Adiya – No, i don’t find ‘Kaatrin mozhi’ similar to ‘Pani Kaatri’ though it sounds more like ‘Nee thaan en desiya geetham’ and that it is just the rhythm that is common, the tune is original.
Excellent music by VS. Each song is a delight
I really loved ‘Kannal Pesum Penne’. The great SPB shows once again that he’s a singer par excellence Excellent orchestration by VS
‘Kaatrin Mozhiye’ is an excellent melody as well ably sung by both Sujatha and Balram
Jus a couple of ’sample’ hearing I have done so far. I feel the tunes are nice , but the orchestration could have been much more interesting and fresh. Esp in ‘Kaatrin Mozhi’.
hey grt review
agree with u 100 %
my favs r spb sir’s and balram’s
suresh pls listen to yaaradhu yaaradhu fm koodal nagar
u may like it
haricharan and swetha
Muthuvel – Name one classic of MSV, in which you remember the orchestration or interludes which you remember most. difficult right. Orchestration is ornamentation of a basic tune. When the tune itself is so simple and beautiful, as it is in the songs of Mozhi, I think we need not worry about orchestration. I believe, VS has provided just right orchestration for all the songs.
Hey suresh, great review again. One thing (just my personal opinion) : I preferred the reviews in paechu thamizh that you did for Oram Po and Pachaikili Muthucharam. Ithula neengga konjam restricted-a pesina mathiri irunthuchu. Couldn’t hear the usual suresh “voice” I usually sense in your written reviews and the earlier two audio reviews.
Just my opinion; review’s still great as ever
Kannan – Thanks for ur comments. I too like speaking in Tamil. But I just wanted to try speaking in Senthamizh and that is why Mozhi revu sounded a little diff from others. Also this is one of those rare reviews where I have spoke more about the lyrics of the songs than the music and that is why i think you find it very different.
